I’m woefully behind blog updates, so need to catch up before things get out of hand. At the least, I’m pleased to report that I’m up to date with running against the 500 mile goal for the year.
Every proper run I’ve done has been tracked in runkeeper, and the scores are:
January 52.6 miles
February 50.3 miles
March (so far) 19.5 miles
So assuming I increase Sunday run distance a little bit, I may even be on track for 1000km this year (621 miles).
I’ve been pleased to stick to the routine of a Sunday run, then a couple of shorter ones mid-week, Tuesday/Thursday or Wednesday/Friday depending on schedule. Routine makes things simpler, for sure.
